Important information regarding your Genie number

We have been forced by circumstances beyond our control to switch back-end carriers for the Genie Network’s telephone services. Unfortunately for many of you this has meant the loss – temporary we hope – of your local and/or your long distance Genie Number.

Please understand this problem was not something we chose to have happen, and we are working around the clock to get your services back to normal.
